Kids American Jiu Jitsu
Do you want to find a healthy Jerseyville activity for your children? There is nothing better than kids Jiu Jitsu at HeadNod American Jiu Jitsu. This is a great step in helping your children with character development, as well as body coordination. Our instructors are patient and are looking to make their training experience the best it can be!
Adults American Jiu Jitsu
We keep our adult Jiu Jitsu classes innovative and flexible at Granite City HeadNod American Jiu Jitsu. We teach universal concepts that can be used slightly differently by each student. Our creative training and personalized instruction allows for all students – whether you are looking for self-defense, competition, or fitness – thrive on and off the mat!

Come join us on the mat at the HeadNod American Jiu Jitsu Jerseyville location on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you look at our schedule you’ll find adult and kids Jiu Jitsu classes Monday and Wednesday with an adult Jiu Jitsu course on Fridays.
