Kids American Jiu Jitsu
HeadNod American Jiu Jitsu has a great kids program in Granite City. Our expertise and personable instruction provides your kids the time and patience they need to grow. We mix together Jiu Jitsu and self-defense for productive training, a fun time, and setting a path to their future development!
Adults American Jiu Jitsu
Our adult Jiu Jitsu classes teach universal concepts that will apply to all those training. Whether you are training in Gi or No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, for self-defense or competition, or are in Law Enforcement, you’ll receive the necessary skills to thrive.
Muay Thai
The Granite City HeadNod location is our only facility to offer Muay Thai classes. We focus on the basics of striking and fitness, balancing both together for an all-around experience. If you’re looking for Muay Thai in Illinois, look no further than Granite City HeadNod American Jiu Jitsu!
